No matter what happens,
if you are the best friend of yourself
you will not be alone.
At least that’s what I inferred,

It was a charming thought,
still is, be your own best friend.
It’s all a myth.

No understanding.
So we do our best.
But now there are some
who think they know better
and maybe they do
but who the fuck are they
to expect anything.
Some understanding.
So if you can bring yourself to do anything,
for yourself…
go easy.
go easy on yourself. Especially in your darkest nights, that’s when it’s most important.
Because if you go easy, you’ll have more joy.
