The Most Dangerous People

It’s much better to question
your goodness and your intent
than to get caught up in feeling good about yourself
and assuming you are good
it’s better to wonder and ponder
over how you’re probably taking advantage of someone
or at least whether you are actually helping
How do you know if you are actually helping?
Is intent enough?
There is nothing more dangerous
in the universe than a person
who feels they are doing the right thing.
Who has ceased to question and evaluate.
The most dangerous people are sure of their cause.
The most dangerous people think they know.

And what about me?
What do I know?
I know only that I am terrified of you.
