If you’re a duck
raised by lizards
no amount of talking
or hoping
is going to change
anything.
You will have a better understanding
of how the lizards live
and what’s important to them
and you might have a hard time
figuring out
what it means to be a duck
but you could lead a good life
for a lizard
or for a duck
raised by lizards.
Feel that aching…
That’s your duck
tryna quack
because that’s
what ducks do.
